In 1995, a couple of guys — who were responsible for installing the contact center and communications equipment sold by their employer — decided there had to be a way to make the Monday after “go live” a lot more successful and a lot less painful.  Back in those days, post-cutover Monday was a nail biter for solution owners and vendors alike.  Day 1 in production often resulted in more weeks of tuning and rework after customers had already had a bad/terrible experience calling into the new solution.  Experience told these two guys that many companies couldn't afford the onsite test equipment and personnel required to test out these systems before “go live”, so they decided someone needed to offer a testing services alternative.  Less than a year later, and after much late night programming and coffee, they founded IQ Services and started delivering value-add testing and monitoring services using the patented testing methods still leveraged by IQ Services today. 

Since that very first day in 1996 when they opened their 450 square foot shop in Hopkins, Minnesota, IQ Services has provided a cost-effective services alternative to companies that benefit from customer interaction optimization services such as StressTest™ performance and load testing and HeartBeat™ availability and performance monitoring.
