StressTest™ provides load and performance testing of outbound or predictive dialer systems.
Testing provides data that can be used to assess outbound dialer speed and accuracy in call classification, which determines how each call generated by the dialer is answered by the test system, as well as response time in connecting the answering party to the appropriate message or agent.
Through innovation of existing testing technology, IQ Services developed this test to verify system performance of outbound dialing systems. The Outbound Dialer StressTest™ provides companies with open telephone lines into which the systems dial. IQ Services works with the company to determine various call classifications in order to replicate a real-world calling experience.
