IQ Services Announces Yet Another Testing Service Now Rated “Avaya Compliant”

StressTest™ load testing service is compatible with key Avaya Proactive Contact solutions

Minneapolis, MN — IQ Services, a leading provider of proactive communication solution testing services, announced that its Outbound/Predictive Dialer StressTest™ service has been successfully compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Proactive Contact solutions from Avaya (NYSE:AV), a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services.

StressTest™; load testing for outbound and predictive dialer systems helps businesses by providing an automated and repeatable way to test their dialer’s ability to classify how outbound calls are answered, as well as the dialer solution’s subsequent interaction with the destination party. StressTest™; results provide a precise measurement of the accuracy of call classification (live answer vs. machine answer) and the time it takes to transfer each incoming call to the proper call treatment following classifi cation (to ensure FTC Part 310 compliance). Additionally, load testing can also document how well the overall campaign tracking process deals with incomplete call conditions such as ring-no-answer, destination busy, etc.
