Hello friends and colleagues,

Hard work and crossed fingers paid off once again.  Despite the noticeable impact of the down economy, it has
still been a good first half relative to prior years.  We continue to see lots of activity and technology implementation
in the contact center and communications industry.  VoIP and Unified Communications continue to fascinate and
the buzz continues to grow louder about Customer Experience Management (CEM).  Since IQ Services has always focused on helping clients deliver the best possible customer experience during the introduction and on-going use of technology, we feel well positioned to support the demand for performance validation testing services now and in the future.
