IQ Services Management Team

Jim Jenkins
CEO, President and Co-Founder

Jim is an industry pioneer in developing and implementing quality assurance and testing processes suited specifically to the contact center, voice processing, and e–commerce industries. Prior to founding IQ Services in 1996, he held positions at Norstan Communications, Aero Systems Engineering, and Honeywell. With more than 40 years of experience, Jim has led the implementation of large voice data processing systems and contact center support services, as well as industrial process control computer systems and the development and testing of custom software. He is a regular participant and speaker at industry meetings and conferences.


Russ Zilles

Chief Technology Officer and Vice President, Operations and Development

Russ is an industry leader in developing and implementing quality assurance testing tools, processes and capabilities suited specifically to the contact center, voice processing and e–commerce markets. Prior to joining IQ Services in 1996, Russ worked with Watson Wyatt Worldwide, Norstan Communications and NCR/AT&T. His 25+ years of working in the information technology sector has included work with a wide range of interactive voice response systems, custom development of voice processing systems and testing of voice and e–commerce systems. Russ also has extensive management experience in operations, product development and integration consulting.


Gregg Williams
Vice President, Direct Business Unit

Gregg, who heads up IQ Services' sales to direct buyers, brings more than 40 years of telecommunications experience to the needs of customers who require quality assurance testing of contact centers and related technologies. Prior to joining the company in 1997, he worked at Norstan Communications, Computer Network Technology, US West Communications and AT&T. Gregg's management experience has included product and market management, product development and sales. In previous roles, he has had responsibility for product management of voice messaging and interactive voice response systems and application development for a wide range of telephony systems.


Mike Burke
Vice President, Reseller Business Unit

Mike, whose focus is on sales to resellers of IQ Services' testing and monitoring services, has 35+ years of experience in the telecommunications and networking segments. His background includes writing code for Centrex, designing and building communications networks for the Department of Defense, introducing digital access services for the Regional Bell Operating Companies and launching an intranet start–up that authorized and captured point–of–sale transactions for some of the best–known specialty retailers in America.  Since he joined IQ Services in 1999, Mike has grown the number of Reseller relationships from just a handful to over 20 organizations that benefit from including IQ Services’ offerings as part of the value they deliver to their end-user customers.
