Jim is an industry pioneer in developing and implementing quality assurance and testing processes suited specifically to the contact center, voice processing, and e–commerce industries. Prior to founding IQ Services in 1996, he held positions at Norstan Communications, Aero Systems Engineering, and Honeywell. With more than 40 years of experience, Jim has led the implementation of large voice data processing systems and contact center support services, as well as industrial process control computer systems and the development and testing of custom software. He is a regular participant and speaker at industry meetings and conferences.

Russ is an industry leader in developing and implementing quality assurance testing tools, processes and capabilities suited specifically to the contact center, voice processing and e–commerce markets. Prior to joining IQ Services in 1996, Russ worked with Watson Wyatt Worldwide, Norstan Communications and NCR/AT&T. His 25+ years of working in the information technology sector has included work with a wide range of interactive voice response systems, custom development of voice processing systems and testing of voice and e–commerce systems. Russ also has extensive management experience in operations, product development and integration consulting.

Tony O’Brien brings 20 years of experience in leading and developing sales and marketing teams as well as directing, creating, deploying and managing businesses from system integration projects to large scale telecommunication initiatives. He holds degrees in Marketing, Management & Marketing, and has also completed work related to a Masters in Telecommunications Sciences. In his role as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, O’Brien will focus on expanding IQ Services’ sales presence and its reputation for delivering the high quality testing services and unparalleled customer service.

Mike Burke

Mike Burke has nearly 40 years of experience in the telecommunications, contact center and networking industries. Since joining IQ Services in 1999, Mike has configured and directed hundreds of testing and monitoring engagements for customers around the world representing all major verticals. He makes his extensive expertise and experience available to all system implementers as the manager of IQ Services’ Investment Protection Planning consulting practice. Over the past 11 years, Mike’s also been responsible for building the IQ Services Reseller channel to include over 25 partners who deliver IQ Services value-add testing services as part of their implementation and support methodologies. Prior to joining IQ Services, Mike was involved in launching an intranet start–up, wrote code for Centrex, designed and built communications networks for the Department of Defense and helped introduce DSL services for the Regional Bell Operating Companies.

Shan Brickey
Director of Operations/IT and Development

Shan has more than 16 years of experience in information technology and customer technical support. Shan became part of the IQ Services team in 1998 and was instrumental in developing the HeartBeat™ monitoring business and supporting technology. He is responsible for managing IQ Services engineering teams and for the infrastructure that supports IQ Services’ employees and customer services. His perspective on leveraging technology to meet unique customer requirements makes him a vital part of the IQ Services team. Prior to joining IQ Services, Shan worked for Bozwell Energy Systems and Micron in IT management and technical support roles. |
