Current Available Positions

Account Representative

We are currently seeking an Account Representative at our corporate headquarters. The candidate should be an intermediate level professional with excellent customer service experience and good sales background in technology, communications, consulting services or other B2B sales experience to enterprise companies

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Create sales opportunities through multiple methods including calls, emails, trade show, web and social media as well as network. Sell our services to clients and represent our brand image to the market
  2. Providing customer service with the objective of profiling customers to refer new or additional services
  3. Make outbound orientation calls for new or existing customers. Update customer database
  4. Maintain information about customers and prospects in company database tools
  5. Responsible for accurate quoting and order entry, including keeping accurate quote records as well as a copy of customer POs and customer correspondence regarding orders
  6. Work in a professional manner with other departments to smooth out customer service issues when problems surface in production, invoicing, technical support, and credit

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Two or four year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  2. At least two years of experience in inside or outside B2B sales with demonstrated success
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
